As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in streamlining sales operations. Your key responsibilities will involve utilizing SAP for order management, coordinating with logistics for inventory forecasting, and supporting the finance department with claims and invoicing. You will also play a vital role in executing marketing activation campaigns and trade promotions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales administration, preferably with hands-on experience in SAP. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing and ensure timely delivery through efficient SAP administration.
- Coordinate inventory levels and partner with supply chain teams to forecast demand accurately.
- Support the execution of marketing activation campaigns and trade promotions.
- Provide comprehensive finance and claims support, including invoice verification and dispute resolution.
- Maintain precise sales records, generate performance reports, and present them to management.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal sales teams and external customers to resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, and marketing to streamline operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential; experience with CRM systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous for stakeholder communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities.
