Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team in managing lead databases and updating CRM records accurately.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for management reviews.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and flag potential issues to senior leadership.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
  • Manage inquiries and communications from potential and existing clients with high levels of professionalism.
  • Maintain internal documentation to ensure operational transparency during our company's growth phase.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in supporting business growth and client satisfaction.
