- Prepare and process accurate freight quotations using CW1 system while maintaining competitive pricing
- Process customer orders and booking requests efficiently to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with carriers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment operations
- Maintain and update rate files and pricing structures for Australian freight routes
- Generate and send quotation proposals to prospective and existing clients
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
- Handle rate inquiries and resolve pricing-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales team to develop competitive proposals and maintain client relationships
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in freight forwarding operations with Australian trade knowledge
- Proficiency in CW1 system and freight management software
- Strong understanding of international shipping rates and quotation processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
