ITG Pointer Resources Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Sales Support Specialist (内勤专员) to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our shipping operations, ensuring seamless communication and administrative excellence for our international clients.
As an International Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating sea freight documentation, managing client inquiries, and bridging the gap between our operations team and our Mandarin-speaking partners. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the linguistic skills to manage cross-border relationships with precision and professionalism.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales documentation for sea freight operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, providing prompt support and status updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update the internal CRM and database with accurate sales and client information.
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and shipping manifests for management review.
- Assist in the development of administrative processes to streamline office operations.
- Support the sales team by handling inquiries and organizing meeting logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Logistics, or International Trade.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Read, Write, and Speak) is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional partners.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Understanding of sea freight documentation, including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interface with diverse stakeholders.
