You will play a critical role in safeguarding our customers' interests by administering the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular surveillance reviews of sales activities to detect and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Support the development and maintenance of high-quality sales advisory standards across all business channels.
- Prepare comprehensive surveillance reports for management review, highlighting key findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve identified gaps in advisory practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes issued by the MAS and other relevant authorities to ensure internal policies remain current.
- Facilitate training or provide guidance to sales staff regarding compliance requirements and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales surveillance, compliance, or audit within the financial services/insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data management tools.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CACS, IBFA) would be highly advantageous.
