We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Taking Order professional to manage and facilitate the ordering process for our premium portfolio of household and personal care brands, including Pantene, Rejoice, Downy, Gillette, and Oral-B.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our retail partners and the company, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with local retailers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth through effective order management. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately receive and process customer orders for FMCG products such as Pantene, Rejoice, Downy, Gillette, and Oral-B.
- Visit retail outlets and supermarkets to maintain relationships and ensure product availability.
- Provide product information and handle customer inquiries regarding orders and stock status.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports and order summaries.
- Adhere to company sales policies, brand guidelines, and promotional activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist in upselling products to increase order value.
- Ensure all sales documentation is updated and filed correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or High School (SMK/SMA) graduate.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with retailers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid SIM (Driving License) is an advantage for site visits.
