Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to retail stores to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Execute repeat order strategies to ensure consistent product availability at partner locations
- Manage payment collection processes from retail partners in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels at partner stores and identify opportunities for additional sales
- Provide product knowledge and sales support to retail partners
- Track sales performance and report on market trends and customer feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes
- Identify new business opportunities within existing retail networks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic sales tracking applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
