Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively visit assigned retail outlets to take product orders and ensure stock availability.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and managers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the ordering process accurately using company systems or mobile applications.
- Ensure all display areas are well-maintained and our brand presence is maximized.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback for the field sales manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or consumer goods (FMCG) is highly preferred.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal vehicle.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Jakarta Barat area.
- Disciplined, honest, and high-energy personality.
