Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the consumer goods industry? Cimory Group, a market leader in premium dairy and food products, is seeking a motivated Sales Taking Order Staff (Chilled) to join our expanding team in Bojonegoro. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our premium chilled products reach retail shelves efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with our outlet partners.
As part of the Cimory family, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing product availability, and ensuring our high standards of quality are maintained at the point of sale. We are looking for individuals who are target-oriented, resilient, and possess a deep understanding of the local retail landscape in Bojonegoro.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets and store managers in the assigned territory.
- Execute daily sales taking order visits to ensure optimal stock levels of chilled products.
- Monitor product display, shelf share, and point-of-purchase materials to maximize brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily sales activities and outlet feedback.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery and inventory management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the chilled product distribution network within Bojonegoro.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Deep familiarity with the local geography and retail network of Bojonegoro.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle high-pressure environments.
- Honest, disciplined, and possess a strong service-oriented attitude.
