Cimory Group, a leading name in Indonesia's FMCG industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Taking Order Staff (Chilled) to join our team in Palu. As a key representative of our premium chilled products, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our products are available to customers throughout your assigned territory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential retail outlets in the Palu area.
- Perform regular visits to outlets to take orders for Cimory chilled products, ensuring high service levels.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Monitor product stock levels at the outlet level to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
- Execute effective product merchandising and display strategies at store level.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the FMCG chilled sector.
- Prepare accurate and timely daily sales reports for the sales supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local Palu market and distribution geography.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the field.
- Proficiency in using mobile-based sales/reporting applications.
