We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Taking Order (STO) Staff to join our expanding field sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring our premium chilled products reach our customers efficiently, maintaining high standards of product availability and service excellence across Indonesia.
As an STO Staff, you will be the face of Cimory Group for our retail partners. You will be responsible for visiting outlets, managing orders, and building strong relationships with store owners to ensure our products are well-represented. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily sales visits to retail outlets and key accounts within the assigned territory.
- Perform product stock checks and ensure optimal inventory levels of chilled products at store shelves.
- Actively take and process orders from store managers or business owners accurately and on time.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Ensure that all promotional activities are effectively executed at the retail level.
- Maintain high standards of product display and visibility according to company planograms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the assigned area.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Highly disciplined, targets-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Understanding of the chilled food category is a significant advantage.
- Willing to be placed at a location closest to your current domicile.
