Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process customer orders for chilled products efficiently and accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Kupang area
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in the FMCG sector
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or order management is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and order management systems
- Knowledge of FMCG products, particularly chilled goods, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur
