Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process customer orders for chilled dairy products using POS systems
- Manage inventory inquiries and stock availability for cold chain items
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners in Purwodadi
- Ensure proper handling and storage of temperature-sensitive products
- Prepare daily sales reports and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse team for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding product specifications and delivery schedules
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or retail operations preferred
- Basic proficiency in order management systems and MS Office
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of cold chain product handling best practices
- Valid motorcycle license for local travel (if applicable)
