Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to take orders and ensure product availability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Ensure effective merchandising and product display at all retail touchpoints.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and perform administrative tasks related to order processing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably as a Sales Taking Order (TO) or Sales GT in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a reliable motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the Pekanbaru market landscape.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Disciplined, honest, and high level of integrity.
