Tanggung Jawab
- Take and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Monitor product inventory levels at retail outlets
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products
- Provide product information and demonstrations to retail staff
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends
- Ensure timely delivery of products to retail locations
- Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of order processing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with own transportation preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English knowledge
