Cimory Group, a leading national FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Taking Order (STO) to join our team in Dumai. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners and ensuring our products are widely available and well-presented to consumers. As an STO, you will manage daily sales activities, ensure optimal stock levels at outlets, and drive market penetration in the Dumai region. You will play a crucial role in our General Trade (GT) distribution network, helping Cimory continue its growth as a household name in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales visits to traditional retail outlets (GT) within the assigned route in Dumai.
- Process orders effectively and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and key retail decision-makers.
- Monitor product availability, shelf visibility, and stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collect market feedback and competitive insights to support sales strategies.
- Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in FMCG sales or GT is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the Dumai area and local retail landscape.
- Willingness to work in the field and perform routine visits.
- Disciplined, energetic, and highly motivated.
