In this role, you will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with retail partners and ensuring our premium product range is well-represented in the market.

As a Sales Taking Order professional, you will play a critical role in driving our growth within the General Trade (GT) sector. You will be responsible for visiting outlets, managing orders, and ensuring optimal product availability. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily sales calls and visit target retail outlets (General Trade) within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Ensure accurate order taking and efficient processing to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with store owners and shop managers to build brand loyalty.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and stock levels in the market.
  • Implement merchandising standards to ensure Cimory products are well-displayed and visible.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and feedback on market trends for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of the Blora area and local retail market dynamics.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in the field and adapt to changing market requirements.
