In this role, you will be the face of Cimory Group, responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring our products are well-represented on shelves, and driving sales volume across various regencies including Banyuwangi, Jember, Malang, Kediri, and beyond. Tanggung Jawab

  • Executing daily sales calls to retail outlets within the assigned territory.
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with store owners and key account managers.
  • Conducting regular store checks to ensure product availability, cleanliness, and proper display (planogram).
  • Gathering market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing updates.
  • Managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery communication.
  • Handling and resolving field-level customer complaints or inquiries effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
  • Proven experience as a Sales, STO, or Field Sales in the FMCG industry (min 1 year preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep understanding of the local territory in East Java (Jawa Timur).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Willing to be assigned to any area across Jawa Timur.
