In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring product availability, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

As an STO, you will play a vital role in our distribution network, ensuring that our high-quality products reach our customers efficiently. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, highly mobile, and passionate about the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail outlets in the Probolinggo area.
  • Execute daily sales taking order visits to ensure optimal product coverage and visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily sales performance and stock status.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders or product distribution effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation during every client interaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
  • Experience in FMCG or General Trade (GT) sales is highly preferred.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep familiarity with the Probolinggo area and its local market landscape.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discipline, energy, and a target-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field daily.
