As an STO, you will be the face of our company in the General Trade (GT) market. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring our premium products are always available on the shelves, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing General Trade (GT) outlets in the Situbondo area.
- Execute daily sales calls and take orders from retailers according to the designated route plan.
- Ensure high product availability and visibility through effective merchandising at the point of sale.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to the area sales supervisor.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales orders and financial collections.
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG (General Trade) industry.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local market and geography in Situbondo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve performance-based targets.
