Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail outlets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to process orders and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Present and promote company products to potential and current customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales activity reports to the management team.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree in any field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have own motorcycle for field mobility.
- Good understanding of the Sumatera Utara area and local retail landscape.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Disciplined, honest, and high integrity in managing company targets.
