Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail outlets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to process orders and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Present and promote company products to potential and current customers effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales activity reports to the management team.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service excellence.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive personality.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have own motorcycle for field mobility.
  • Good understanding of the Sumatera Utara area and local retail landscape.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Disciplined, honest, and high integrity in managing company targets.
