In this role, you will be the face of Cimory, ensuring our high-quality chilled products are available and well-represented across our retail partners. You will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through consistent, professional field operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail outlets and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
  • Perform routine store visits to take orders and ensure product availability of chilled goods.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the Lhokseumawe area, reporting findings to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Ensure proper product merchandising and planogram compliance at the point of sale.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Execute promotional activities and product displays to boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records and reporting documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Taking Order (TO) or Direct Selling, is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep familiarity with the Lhokseumawe region and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high integrity.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned route daily.
