As a Sales TO Staff, you will be responsible for driving volume through consistent store visits, accurate order taking, and executing effective merchandising strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Regularly visit existing and prospective retail outlets within the Cirebon area to maintain product availability.
- Accurately take orders from customers and ensure timely processing through the company system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and purchasing managers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular stock checks and monitor product expiration dates to ensure quality standards.
- Implement effective product displays and merchandising plans to maximize visibility and sales impact.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the area management.
- Provide regular feedback and market intelligence regarding competitor activities and consumer trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma degree in any field is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, specifically in the FMCG industry (Taking Order/Canvas).
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and own a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge of the local market landscape in Cirebon and surrounding areas is highly preferred.
