In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, executing direct sales activities and promotional campaigns across a variety of retail outlets, ranging from modern trade supermarkets to general trade convenience stores.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and planned visits to retail outlets and supermarkets to execute sales activities and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure proper product visibility, stock availability, and attractive merchandising displays at all visited points.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Collect accurate outlet data, including stock levels, sales reports, and customer feedback.
- Manage cash collections or verify sales invoices accurately and on time according to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and managers.
- Adhere strictly to company sales regulations, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must have a Valid SIM A (Motorcycle Driver's License) and own a reliable motorcycle for daily field activities.
- Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or field sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, disciplined, and willing to work flexible hours as required.
