Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular sales visits to retail outlets and eceran (small retail shops) to execute promotional activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through direct selling and effective persuasion.
- Ensure optimal product visibility, proper shelving, and display of promotional materials in assigned stores.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with store owners and key accounts.
- Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence, and consumer insights to support sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and stock replenishment.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and activity logs on time.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 is a plus).
- Valid motorcycle driving license (SIM A) – essential for this mobility-heavy role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Physically fit and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the FMCG industry.
