Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify skill gaps and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor live calls and CRM activities to ensure quality standards and sales protocols are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and motivational incentives to maintain high team morale and productivity.
  • Generate and analyze detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate onboarding and continuous training for new and existing sales representatives.
  • Manage daily workflows, lead distribution, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or sales hurdles.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO sales environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, to support international campaigns.
