Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions and performance reviews to identify skill gaps and provide actionable feedback.
- Monitor live calls and CRM activities to ensure quality standards and sales protocols are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and motivational incentives to maintain high team morale and productivity.
- Generate and analyze detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate onboarding and continuous training for new and existing sales representatives.
- Manage daily workflows, lead distribution, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer inquiries or sales hurdles.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO sales environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts, to support international campaigns.
