Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for modern market outlets across assigned territories (Bali, East Java, Central Java).
- Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor SPG teams to achieve individual and team-based sales KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor store compliance, product display standards, and inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and area expansion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective supply chain and promotional support for retail partners.
- Resolve operational issues and customer feedback in the field to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports for management on a weekly and monthly basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management or as a Team Lead/Supervisor within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams across dispersed geographical areas.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Bali, East Java, and Central Java).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data-driven sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of modern market (MT) distribution channels in Indonesia.
