Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Conduct regular performance coaching and feedback sessions to improve individual agent productivity.
  • Monitor daily KPIs and report on team performance, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with campaign guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Manage team schedules, attendance, and staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
  • Facilitate team huddles and training sessions to introduce new sales techniques or product updates.
  • Escalate and resolve complex customer issues or technical escalations promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, lead management, and conversion strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate performance reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Must be willing to work on a contract basis and be flexible with shifting schedules.
