Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Conduct regular performance coaching and feedback sessions to improve individual agent productivity.
- Monitor daily KPIs and report on team performance, identifying trends and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with campaign guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Facilitate team huddles and training sessions to introduce new sales techniques or product updates.
- Escalate and resolve complex customer issues or technical escalations promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies, lead management, and conversion strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate performance reports.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis and be flexible with shifting schedules.
