You will play a key role in implementing sales strategies, refining our lead generation processes, and fostering a high-performance culture within the studio.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase member acquisition and retention rates.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance coaching sessions to improve team sales techniques and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication across all touchpoints.
  • Engage with potential members through studio tours, telephone outreach, and digital lead follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the studio management to coordinate promotional events and community outreach programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales KPIs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster a positive team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office reporting tools.
  • A passion for health, yoga, and fitness is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak studio hours.
