Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase member acquisition and retention rates.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance coaching sessions to improve team sales techniques and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication across all touchpoints.
- Engage with potential members through studio tours, telephone outreach, and digital lead follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the studio management to coordinate promotional events and community outreach programs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written) to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and foster a positive team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office reporting tools.
- A passion for health, yoga, and fitness is highly desirable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak studio hours.
