Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast sales and allocate resources efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the call center or customer service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
