Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the clinic's client base.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and individual growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare services sector.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and prospective partners.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure the team is well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
