Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales agents to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and weekly progress to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and incentive programs to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and product knowledge briefings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with upper management to forecast sales and allocate resources effectively.
- Address team conflicts and provide constructive feedback to foster a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and drive high performance under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and reports.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to work in Bataan, Central Luzon.
