Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly membership targets
- Coach team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new membership acquisition and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members
- Conduct regular sales meetings to share best practices, address challenges, and celebrate successes
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and wellness teams to create integrated promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales leadership or team management within the fitness or wellness industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Familiarity with yoga and fitness products/services is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
