Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell PowerGRO green technology solutions to residential and commercial clients in Sabah.
- Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on the benefits of sustainable power solutions.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer requirements.
- Represent Teknoganik Hijau at local events and exhibitions to build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport, as the role requires travel within Sabah.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not essential—training is provided.
- Passionate about green technology and environmental sustainability.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed for events.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
