Join Private Advertiser as a Sales Tech Support professional and become the technical backbone of our sales department. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to bridge the gap between technology and sales strategy in a dynamic on-site environment in Quezon City.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our sales team has uninterrupted access to critical tools and systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, manage data integrity, and provide hands-on support for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who can optimize our sales enablement processes, ensuring our representatives can focus on what they do best: closing deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely technical troubleshooting and support to the sales team for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of sales automation tools and software.
- Conduct training sessions and documentation for new sales technologies and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement new sales tech stack solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or IT operations within a sales environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on-site in Quezon City and adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven atmosphere.
