- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution presentations to key stakeholders
- Develop customized proposals aligning waste management solutions with client operational needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical specifications and implementation requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Coordinate post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or solution engineering
- Strong understanding of waste management systems or industrial equipment
- Proven ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical decision-makers
- Proficiency in proposal development and sales cycle management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Valid driver's license with willingness for client site visits
