Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring product solutions meet their specific needs
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with technical product knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of the Indonesian technology market is highly desirable
