Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations for construction chemical solutions
- Develop customized technical proposals for waterproofing and expansion joint systems
- Train clients and sales teams on product applications and installation best practices
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate client feedback into product improvements
- Resolve technical inquiries and support post-installation troubleshooting
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or Construction Technology
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical sales or construction chemical applications
- Certification in construction materials or waterproofing systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction specification software
- Willingness to travel across Jakarta and surrounding areas
