You will be responsible for demonstrating product functionality, resolving technical inquiries, and closing deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve client queries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to final closing.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Joneco Tech Marketing’s product line to offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and monitor market trends in the Laguna region.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and marketing teams to improve service delivery.
- Handle installation, configuration, or maintenance tasks as required for client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time to support operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or a related role.
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
- Proficiency in basic office software and technical diagnostic tools.
- Residency in or willingness to commute daily to Calamba City, Laguna.
- Valid driver's license is a significant advantage.
