Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
- Assist walk-in and remote customers with technical inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell computer hardware, software, and accessories to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of new technology offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service and store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage inventory levels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product releases.
- Document service requests and resolutions in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (Senior High School graduate) or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or sales role (at least 1 year is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing to work in Dumaguete City.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
