Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company offerings.
- Identify customer needs, provide product information, and effectively overcome objections to secure sales.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call and sales targets.
- Follow established sales scripts and communication guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve overall conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Prior experience in a telemarketing, sales, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software or Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection with a positive attitude.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule in Quezon City.
