Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities via phone and online channels.
- Present, promote, and sell company products to prospective customers using solid arguments.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and interaction history.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and digital prospecting.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to management regarding market trends and customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales activity targets and conversion KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Direct Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiar with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- High energy, resilient, and possess a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang, Banten.
