Behaestex, a leader in the textile and consumer retail industry, is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Taking Order (TO) to join our expanding team in Kota Gorontalo. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for visiting existing and potential retail partners, managing orders, and ensuring our high-quality products are well-represented in the market.

You will play a vital role in maintaining our distribution network and driving revenue growth across the Gorontalo region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine visits to retail outlets and distributors to capture orders and maintain product availability.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and purchasing managers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations and proactively suggest restock orders.
- Provide regular feedback regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure that all sales documentation and order forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring Behaestex products are showcased effectively at retail points.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any major.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the textile or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively in the local context.
- Highly disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Excellent knowledge of the Gorontalo area and its retail landscape.
- Ability to use mobile-based sales reporting applications.
