Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of institutional clients, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing trading volumes.
  • Provide expert market commentary, trading ideas, and platform insights to institutional stakeholders.
  • Execute complex trades and provide seamless order management support in a high-pressure trading environment.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the financial services sector to expand market share.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and technical teams to refine trading features based on client feedback.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
  • Conduct professional presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective institutional partners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Trading, Institutional Sales, or a client-facing role within a brokerage or investment bank.
  • Deep understanding of global financial markets, including FX, CFDs, or Equities.
  • Strong existing network within the regional financial services community is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial strategies.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
