Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive sales training curriculums tailored to the fintech industry.
- Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and role-playing sessions for new and existing hires.
- Assess training needs through performance analysis and feedback sessions.
- Create and update training materials, including e-learning modules and facilitator guides.
- Mentor and coach sales representatives to improve their closing rates and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with management to align training strategies with business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar instructional design role within a BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and fintech products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
