Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training modules focused on IT product distribution and technical sales.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the sales team and design targeted training interventions.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, role-playing sessions, and coaching clinics to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product launches.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback loops and performance metrics to continuously improve program quality.
- Mentor junior trainers and sales representatives to foster a supportive learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven track record as a Sales Trainer, Trainer Consultant, or in a similar instructional role.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
- Proficient in using training management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
