Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored to client needs
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps in sales teams
- Create training materials including presentations, workbooks, and role-playing scenarios
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs
- Stay updated on industry best practices and sales methodologies
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure training aligns with business objectives
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees after initial training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or sales management
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience developing sales training materials and curriculum
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and training technology
- Project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and deliverables
