Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for dealership partners across the Philippines
- Conduct training needs assessments and create customized learning solutions based on performance gaps
- Train sales teams on BYD's vehicle features, technology, and competitive advantages
- Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and BYD product developments
- Collaborate with sales management to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor and coach sales trainers within dealership networks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience developing and implementing training programs for dealership networks
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and create targeted solutions
