As a Sales Villa professional, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client inquiries to securing final bookings. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels promptly.
- Conduct property viewings and tours to demonstrate villa amenities and lifestyle to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rental terms and prepare rental agreements to secure bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate rental.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with a professional tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Deep knowledge of the Badung and Bali tourism landscape.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a strong advantage.
