As a Sales Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline, managing client communications, and ensuring that our daily operations run seamlessly. We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and qualify inbound sales leads through email, CRM, and chat platforms.
  • Perform high-volume outbound calling or emailing to prospective clients as directed.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure all prospect data is accurate and current.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence for the sales management team.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for sales representatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure sales quotas and KPIs are met consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for professional client interaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a work-from-home environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a night shift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • High-speed internet connection and a conducive, quiet home office setup.
